Preston Ghost Town & Gold Mine Tour 

10 am, $30 for adults, $10 for kids ages 4-12, free for kids ages 3 & under (lunch included). Make reservations by 5pm Thursday- weather dependent.

Behind Swinging Doors Historic Saloon Tour

This walking tour highlights the historic brewing, distilling and saloon features of Breckenridge's mining heritage, hosted by the Breckenridge Heritage Alliance, departs the Breckenridge Welcome Center in the Blue River Plaza at 5 pm. Must be 21 or older. $15  Reservations by 3pm on Friday: 970-453-9767 x 2  

American Single Malt Workshop

Ryan Negley of the Denver Whiskey Club presents What is American Single Malt? Defining, exploring, and of course, tasting whiskies from Colorado, Texas, and Washington with one thing in common: they're all American Single Malts. 
Park & Main, 6:30-7:30 pm at Park & Main in La Cima Mall (South Park Ave and Main St). No charge. 


Tombstone Tour at Twilight

Tour Breckenridge's historic Cemetery. $15 Adults, $10 Kids ages 4-12. Kids 3 and under free. Tour begins at 5 pm. Reservations by 3pm on Friday: 970-453-9767  x 2

Friday Night Party at Ollie's Pub (401 S. Main)

Craft Spirits Showcase starting at 9pm. Featuring drinks with Mile High Spirits, Laws Whiskey, Marble Distilling, 300 Days Distilling, Distillery 291, Breckenridge Distillery and 10th Mountain Distillery. 

Scavenger Hunt & Bar Mix-Off 

5 pm – close. Featuring the saloons, restaurants and taverns of Breckenridge, contestants will depart on self-guided tours of the various establishments. Contestants will seek out answers to scavenger hunt questions and take selfies in certain locations. Scavenger lists and craft cocktail menus available at participating bars. Post your scavenger pics to #ISpyStillontheHill2017.   Bar Mix-off– Sampling of Breck bartenders’ creativity, featuring a cocktail throwdown among local mixoligists, utilizing craft spirits as their base. No need to sign up for either of these elements. Participating restaurants/bars: Apres Handcrafted Libations, Bangkok Happy Bowl, Breckenridge Distillery Tasting Room, Briar Rose Chophouse, The Canteen, Dancing Pines Tasting Room, Downstairs at Eric's, Empire Burger, Fatty’s Pizzeria, Giampietro, Gold Pan, Hearthstone, Kenosha, Mi Casa, Ollie’s Pub, Relish, Salt Creek Steakhouse and Twist. After party at Ollie's Pub at 9pm.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21

Mixology Workshop 

with Steven Teaver of Four Seasons Vail- 11am- Noon at Fatty's (upstairs, 106 S. Ridge Street). No charge.Steven joined the opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail and runs the beverage program there.Passionate about wine and spirits, Teaver also has a great love for Bourbon and he’s known as the “Doctor of Drinks”. 


Bourbon 101 Workshop
featuring Bob Eidson of Bourbon Review- 1-2pm at Fatty's (upstairs, 106 S. Ridge Street). No charge. 
Bob is the CFO & Co-Founder of The Bourbon Review, the premier media outlet covering American Whiskey.

Breckenridge Historic Walking Tours

11 am & 1:30 pm- meet at Breckenridge Welcome Center

Discover the treasures of Breckenridge's National Historic District. $10 per person.

Spirited Cooking at Colorado Mtn. College

12- 2 pm. Join chef Ian Buchanan for a hands-on cooking class featuring spirits. How to make a beverage edible? Enjoy the lesson and three-course lunch. Menu includes spirits and their creative uses. 

Hosted in the teaching kitchen at Colorado Mountain College on Airport Road. Head on over to the Distillery Open House afterwards- the shuttle can take you or it is walking distance. $50 per person. Pre-registration required.

Breckenridge Distillery Open House 

1-3 pm at their expanded Airport Road Distillery. Take the Distillery's shuttle or the  Yellow route of the Breckenridge Free Ride bus system or take Summit Express from the Riverwalk Center. Leave your car behind - don't drink and drive! Cars can stay in the Riverwalk Center parking lot over night.

Still on the Hill Grand Tasting

Riverwalk Center, 4-7 pm. The premier craft spirits tasting in Colorado- it is just a blast!  38 of the finest distillers share their talents. Fun times, artisan snacks and the finest spirits! Acoustic music by Strung High String Band keeps you groovin'. People’s choice voting for distillers- get your vote in by 6:30pm. You must be 21 years old to enter. Tickets are $45 in advance and $55 day of, if not sold out. Proceeds benefit the Community Partners of the Breckenridge Restaurant Association.

Park at the Riverwalk Center/Tiger Dredge lot. Free Shuttles available from 12:30-4pm with Summit Express or the Breck Distillery shuttle from the Riverwalk Center to the Breckenridge Distillery Open House and the CMC Spirited Cooking Class.

7:30 pm. Join us to discover the haunted sites of historic Breckenridge. $15 for adults, $10 for kids ages 4-12.

Relax and soak up the vibe around town. Mark Schettler is a bartender & general manager at Bar Tonique, the French Quarter's dimmest-lit craft cocktail dive bar. He's also president of the New Orleans chapter of the United States Bartenders' Guild.
